How this place came to be
2015
It started with a view.
Ron first came to Playa Flamingo in 2015 and set his sights on a stretch of undeveloped ridge — the future site of 360 Splendor. Drawn by the location and the light, he bought the penthouse off-plan, and was enjoying it by 2017.
2019
Then it became a story about two people.
In August 2019, a mutual friend introduced Ron and Kim. Kim, a proud Costa Rican; Ron, an American who'd fallen for the country years earlier. They bonded over a shared love of Costa Rica — and weathered the pandemic side by side.
2023
We made it home.
In June 2023, Ron became a Costa Rican resident. Together we put down permanent roots in Playa Flamingo, building our own home on the South Ridge.
2024 & Forward
And now, it's yours to enjoy.
We've made countless memories in this penthouse. Now we're opening it to a few friends — so you can fall for this place the way we did.

Our Vision
360 Splendor is our sanctuary — a place where the comfort of luxury and the wild beauty of Costa Rica meet. Three en-suite bedrooms, a communal saltwater infinity pool, a rooftop with the whole coastline in view, and breakfast to start each morning. The beach is walkable, or take the complimentary shuttle. We built it for unforgettable mornings and long, golden evenings — and we hope you feel embraced by the ocean the moment you arrive.
