Our Journey
Welcome to our slice of paradise. We can’t wait for you to experience it!
2015
In 2015, Ron visited Playa Flamingo for the first time and set his sights on the undeveloped land that would later become 360 Splendor. Drawn by its stunning views and unparalleled location, he made the decision to purchase the proposed penthouse. By mid-2017, Ron was enjoying the unit while the full project was completed in early 2019.
2019
Our journey together began in August of 2019, thanks to a mutual friend who introduced us—a moment we’ll always cherish. While Kim is a proud Costa Rican with deep roots in this vibrant country, Ron, an American, fell in love with Costa Rica during his first visit in 2012. Though his journey began four hours south in Jaco Beach, the magic of the Pura Vida lifestyle quickly captivated him, deepening his connection to this beautiful land with each passing day.When Ron and Kim met, they quickly bonded over their shared love for Costa Rica and its culture. Kim, who was working in tourism and providing transportation services in Tamarindo, and Ron spent as much time together as possible, even weathering the challenges of the COVID pandemic side by side. During that time, Ron chose to remain in Costa Rica, embracing the country’s slower pace and its essence of living well.
2023
In June of 2023, Ron officially became a Costa Rican resident, and together, we made Playa Flamingo our permanent home, building a house on the South Ridge, where we’ve lived since March of 2024. Now, it’s with great excitement that we offer our beloved penthouse for you to enjoy.
